| On minecraftforum somewhere there is a "Currency mod" at the moment the site is down, so I'm unable to attach a link, but I thought it would be perfect? It just stores numerical values against player names so you don't need any items whatsoever, I'll link you to it when I get home from school. Here are the commands, just so you can get a taste of it: !balanceShows your money. !pay <player> <amount>Pays <player> the <amount> of money. !steal <player> <amount>Steals <amount> of money from <player>. !givemoney <player> <amount>Gives <amount> of money to <player>. EDIT: !Steal and !givemoney can only be used by admins.
